Booking and rates
How much does trailer rental cost?
Every trailer at Birch Creek Trailer Rentals shows its live daily rate and open dates in the booking calendar on its own page. Multi-day and multi-week discounts apply automatically at booking.
Do you offer multi-day booking?
We offer 1-day, multi-day, and multi-week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, we place a temporary hold on your card. The amount varies depending on the trailer type and is displayed at checkout before payment is collected.
Are there any additional fees?
Rental price includes up to 300 miles per day. Miles over 300 per day are $0.20 per mile. Hitches are available to rent for $35. Straps come with the car hauler.
Can I tow the trailer across state lines?
Yes. Our trailers may be towed across state lines and throughout the United States and Canada.

Where do I pick up my trailer?
Our lot is at 5707 Birch Creek Rd No 6, Menominee, MI 49858. Every unit also books online with its own calendar if you would rather arrange delivery.
What are your pickup hours?
We are open 24 hours. Call or text (906) 299-3313 and we will confirm a pickup window that works for you.
Can I pick up the same day I book?
Often, yes. Book online or call us and we will confirm the soonest opening for the unit you need.
What you need to rent
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/2 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds, and all of our units are under that weight. You will need to factor in the weight of your load in addition to the trailer, and confirm your truck's towing capacity. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. Please confirm with your provider before taking delivery.
What is the minimum age to rent a trailer?
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a trailer.
Do you provide tie downs or straps?
Yes, all straps are included with our car haulers. Need additional straps or chains? Just ask.
Policies
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Is there a late fee if I return the trailer late?
All late returns will incur additional fees if the trailer is not returned on or before the scheduled return time.
Is damage to the trailer covered?
No, damages are the responsibility of the renter and must be paid out of pocket or through your insurance, depending on severity.
Are trailers available for commercial use?
Yes, our trailers can be used for commercial projects as well as personal ones.
